WorkWave is looking for a Content Specialist to help us improve how we communicate with our audience about our TEAM Software by WorkWave products and tell the overall brand story in original, accurate, creative and attention grabbing ways.
We need someone who can do more than just write copy. We’re looking for a creative  thinker who can put strategic ideas and visions into compelling words and stories that help sell TEAM Software by WorkWave and its products to our key audiences and also help tell our brand story.  Whether in print, email, web, social, audio or film, we are looking for someone who can ultimately help us produce compelling content that catches the attention of our audience, while connecting the dots between our product and corporate messages, as well as help to heighten the brand awareness of the work we produce. This role will be essential in our continued efforts to produce engaging content that communicates the value of TEAM Software’s solutions directly to the industries we serve.
We are seeking a fresh and creative thinker with a strong portfolio of work behind them that shows concepts, ideas and hooks for campaigns and videos.

  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing pod, content team and other stakeholders to develop global and regional content that support growth goals and increase engagement
  • Develop lead gen, demand gen and thought leadership content. These include, but aren’t limited to, B2B email and campaign copy, blogs, case studies, white papers, ad copy, web, editorial and video scripts that provide meaningful and helpful insight to our industries, and help increase TEAM Software’s brand awareness
  • Generate creative copy and headlines for our marketing materials including email, landing pages, social media, sell sheets, videos and more
  • Work with the Director of Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers and Content Manager to streamline messaging, topic pillars, re-purposing and distribution tactics for approved content
  • Edit content for grammar, content and logic so it supports WorkWave’s corporate tone and messaging, as well as nuanced industry needs
  • Support key insights based on industry trends, competitor insights, buyer preferences etc.
  • With the Content Manager and Marketing Managers, support the development of content calendars, management and inter-departmental adoption

  • BA in Communications with a concentration in writing
  • 2-3 years of marketing content development experience
  • Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics
  • Experience in working with enterprise B2B clients, preferably in service industries
  • Creative, advertising writing experience
  • Prior experience writing for websites and other web properties
  • Interviewing experience
  • Experience working at an agency, or on multiple projects at once
  • A working knowledge and understanding of AP style
  • An understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
