Here’s the best part: we’re looking for a Remote Phone Support Agent to join our team – someone who has a natural talent for problem-solving and creating lasting relationships. You will be a master of persuasion, using your skills to lead customers through the purchasing process and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting valuable feedback from customers to help us improve our offerings. You will work with our international team to provide customer support that feels welcoming and professional while using this work-from-home opportunity to co-create positive remote team vibes.

What will you do:

  • Reach out to a large number of customers and offer personalized deals and discounts.
  • Use your persuasion skills to lead customers through the purchasing process and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Keep accurate records of all calls made and customer feedback received.
  • Meet monthly targets for customer retention and sales.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Job requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 preferred);
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Previous call center, customer support, or sales experience and strong interpersonal soft-skills;
  • Ability to work independently as a one-man team;
  • Willingness to work on US Central time schedule (10 AM – 6 PM) or complete night shift, depending on your location;
  • Energy and drive to go the extra mile to engage customers;
  • To be responsible and have great time management skills;
  • Knowledge of an e-commerce business and Amazon (considered a bonus);
  • To be a quick learner, very flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 600-900 EUR after taxes (depending on your skills and experience)
