Senior Financial Analyst – Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Marketing Finance who will report to the Director of FP&A. You will have financial planning and analysis experience and display curiosity, proactivity, determination, and accountability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive financial models for multiple areas of marketing.
• Be an expert that works to help shape how we measure marketing performance through a financial lens.
• Analyze financial data and perform return on investment analysis on marketing campaigns to make recommendations for marketing investment decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team members to develop financial strategies that align with our goals.
• Provide regular financial reporting accompanied by insights to partners that communicate the effectiveness of marketing programs.

What it takes to catch our eye:

• Experience in marketing finance, marketing analytics or related quantitative field.
• Comfort working with complex datasets and experience developing scalable financial models and forecasts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and familiarity with BI tools.
• Accuracy with numbers and a standard for excellence.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices – and understanding of financial concepts.

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $101,000 – $137,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
