What we’re looking for

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a background selling SaaS based workforce technology solutions into mid-sized and large hospitals and healthcare systems. In this role, you will benefit directly from our outbound lead generation team, key healthcare executive and investor partnerships and our extensive marketing efforts. You and your internal business partners (sales development reps, marketing team, strategic account managers and customer success team) will create strategic territory and account plans to identify opportunities, research prospective customers for new opportunities, and create outreach strategies to hit your quarterly and annual goals. You will work directly with prospects to become a trusted advisor through extensive knowledge of our industry, our solutions, and the unique value Trusted brings to each customer. This role is an amazing opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional looking to join a high growth start up company with untapped potential.

Your responsibilities

  • Exceed quarterly/annual pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Leverage a consultative sales process to build pipeline, qualify deals in and out quickly, identify key stakeholders in the decision process, and build trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers
  • Connect our prospects’ business needs and financial goals with Trusted core products and services
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contracts
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity, forecast and opportunity information in Salesforce
  • Become the subject matter expert on the market, competitive landscape and what sets Trusted apart from anyone else in the space
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the Trusted Works and Marketplace solutions
  • Travel as needed

Who you are

  • Collaborative. You enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a strong culture of winning and success. You’re comfortable influencing without formal authority.

You have

  • 5+ years of healthcare software (SAAS preferred) and services selling experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience selling to Nursing and HR/Talent Acquisition executives and other influencers within hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to articulate customer value and ROI, and ability to negotiate and close a deal
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • BA/BS preferred
