As the Operations Manager for Kaplan’s Career Core solution, you will work with a dynamic, cross-organizational team to deliver a new offering to North America based-institutions to help their students examine, explore, and apply information related to their career development. You will be part of an agile team bringing this new solution to market working with delivery groups across Kaplan, internal stakeholders and external clients. In this role, you will lead the team of Career Core coaches. You will help hire, onboard, and manage coaches, including facilitating key communications and fostering long term relationships with those coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Operations Support

  • Partner with Career Core leadership to execute against vision and goals
  • Build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Kaplan’s HR and legal team on key elements around coach hiring, onboarding, and management
  • Schedule and facilitate feedback loop for live sessions
  • Identify, recommend and implement new processes to improve operations

2.) Solution Management

  • Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including product development, analytics, coach management, and client relationship management to deliver on targets
  • Lead discussions with clients and solution team related to operational metrics needed for solution

3.) Student Experience

  • Develop, deliver, and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure student engagement and experience
  • Share regular student and performance insights with Solution Leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or client success role
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with experience adapting your communication style to different audiences
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Client-centric thinker who utilizes customer insight and user data to drive improvements
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Authorization to work in the United States
