While this is not a sales role, our Sales Coordinator works directly with future customers and supports the sales team as their partner for all new-revenue-related matters. This role will also collaborate with key stakeholder groups like Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, and Security. This role leverages the best of customer service, operations, and administrative responsibilities while providing stable and fulfilling day-to-day work experience and company culture for those who enjoy helping customers and consistently delivering alongside their teammates.

Transforming presentations into two-way conversations, our platform enables presenters to create interactive questions, words clouds, discussions, and competitions that their audience can respond to using any device. Founded in 2008, we now support millions of users worldwide from educational institutions to household brands such as Google, AT&T, and Target.

Our sales team is a group of individuals that loves to build meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team in an established role complete with training and documentation just waiting for you to add your personal flair.

You can expect to engage with customers (60%)

  • Receive customer inquiries by phone and email, answering basic questions, and routing customers to the appropriate teammate to provide in-depth follow-up.
  • Proactively communicate status updates and “remove the noise” so that the sales team can focus on selling.
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Set customer expectations and inform customers and sales reps when making introductions.

Help to optimize the sales process (20%)

  • Keep the sales pipeline streamlined and provide efficient documentation to the sales team, so every lead is treated appropriately and with the highest likelihood of success.
  • Create & maintain training documentation for Sales and Sales Operations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, and Security to name a few) to ensure timely deal cycles.

Administrative tasks (20%)

  • Generate weekly campaign reports and monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Assist with Sales Ops related administrative tasks such as invoicing, forecast reminders, and Salesforce cleanup

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, sales, support, or administrative assistant experience
  • An eagerness to help customers and provide value
  • Demonstrably excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills– and be ready to work with on established customer channels within weeks of starting
  • Effective Microsoft Office Skills

Bonus points if you have

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Salesforce
