We are currently seeking an Executive Advisor to join our team. As an Executive Advisor, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to 15Five’s customers and ensure they experience the maximum value we have to offer across our full product suite. You’ll achieve this by forging solid trusted relationships with key customer executives to ensure they understand their engagement and performance data and what actions they need to take to achieve their desired business outcomes.


  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of Engagement and Performance customers by advising them on strategies and action plans to maximize their desired business outcomes
  • Analyze employee engagement results with your customer’s specific business needs and story in mind to provide a human context to data-driven recommendations
  • Synthesize large amounts of data insights into compelling summaries
  • Lead results presentations to C-suite and top-level executives following employee engagement assessments to align on areas of focus and develop clear action plans to improve outcomes. In doing so, establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with our customers’ Executive stakeholders and HR partners.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional tools and services that will increase the value that a customer derives from their partnership with 15Five
  • Maintain thorough records of client interactions and services rendered utilizing customer management software and systems
  • Contribute to Thought-Leadership & Team Growth, leveraging your areas of expertise to bring additional value to HR and Exec partners
  • Partner with the broader Transform Team to assist with projects that scale growth and value to internal and external stakeholders utilizing our solution. Includes but not limited to, extending advisory services across Performance Reviews, Career Growth & Goal setting
  • Identify people trends and lessons across customers, contributing to cross-functional thought leadership initiatives
  • Construct and develop tools/ methods/ ways of institutionalizing knowledge and best practice
  • Seek more effective and inspiring approaches to advisory design and delivery
  • Ongoing focus on increasing value at scale

  • Bachelor’s degree desired, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 6+ years of experience in HR or business consulting working with and delivering services to Executives and HR professionals
  • Experience overseeing employee engagement programs and performance review frameworks strongly preferred
  • Expertise in organizational change management at size and scale; ability to influence, engage in healthy conflict and overcome objections in larger, matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical capabilities to tie customer data to recommended customer actions
  • Highly collaborative and effective communicator with all levels in an organization, primarily at the C-level


  • Monday: Weekly company-wide Monday Boost meeting, followed by a weeklyAdvisor team meeting to align on team priorities and brainstorm knowledge sharing on predetermined topics. Follow up on email items, prep for the week’s results calls. Hold 1-2 customer calls and follow-up.
  • Tuesday: Team social (optional). Bi-weekly 1:1s with manager. Analyze customer data and prep for results calls. Hold 2-3 customer calls and follow-up.
  • Wednesday: Touch-base with CSM on upcoming customer results calls. Analyze customer data and prep for results calls. Hold 2-3 customer calls and follow-up.
  • Thursday: Biweekly departmental staff meeting. Analyze customer data and prep for results calls. Hold 2-3 customer calls and follow-up.
  • Friday: Weekly team training hour on a predetermined topic. Weekly (voluntary) company wide Question Friday Boost, complete your 15Five. Hold 1-2 customer calls. Complete follow ups and administrative tasks, plan and prep for next week.
