As the Senior User Researcher on our UX design team, you will be drive research efforts across all stages of a project, to help inform and improve design and product decisions. This is an opportunity to create a research process and practice within a growing team and have direct impact on our products. You will collaborate with designers and product managers to contribute insights and recommendations that improve our customers’ experience. What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research questions based on analysis of current knowledge, project goals and risks
  • Craft and execute research plans to support product designers and product decisions
  • Conduct rigorous user research, and perform quick but thorough data analysis to create insightful and actionable findings
  • Define and measure UX approaches, and work with stakeholders on research planning
  • Discover and implement new approaches to measure a users’ experiences
  • Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to develop strategies for experimentation
  • Be an advocate for the user in everything you do


What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience conducting quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to self-manage with little oversight, and work with tight timelines
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple different projects at once
  • Proven experience designing and conducting a range of formative and iterative research methods applicable to all product stages from conception to release.

Not required, but nice to have:

  • Familiarity with industry standard design tools such as Figma


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
