We are seeking a Lead Rates and Finance Planning Analyst Location can be: St. louis, MO., San Diego, CA., San Luis Obispo, CA., Seattle, WA., Mesa, AZ., and open to Telecommute.

Tapestry Solutions is a leading provider of software for military and aerospace applications. This position, reporting to the CFO, is responsible for leading and supporting the rates process for all businesses and will provide insight and guidance to the leadership team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead US Government and Commercial rate development, updates and variance analysis; lead the operating rhythm and support strategic initiatives
  • Gather variance inputs for all rates and perform analysis on a monthly basis
  • Lead monthly/quarterly rates reviews and deliverables
  • Lead indirect budgets management for Tapestry by establishing a plan and monitoring performance on a monthly basis
  • Lead offload process for Tapestry by initiating, tracking to closure and monitoring the transactions
  • Support USG agency audits, questions, analysis and responses by supporting Cost Policy Lead
  • Support monthly business plan forecasting
  • Act as back up for financial planning and cost policy tasking as part of the Tapestry core finance team
  • Other tasks as required

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years of finance experience
  • 1 or more years’ experience with rate development and rate management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ experience with financial analysis
  • Accounting and estimating experience preferred

Typical education/ experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and 10 years’ relevant experience. Masters and 8 years’ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Colorado summary pay range: Min: 77,000 – Max: 138,000
