We’re looking for a Content Product Manager who embraces a mindful and user-focused attitude to content strategy and product development.

The RoundGlass Collective is a digital platform that helps its users navigate their personal journey of Wholistic Wellbeing by developing new healthy habits through instructional content and behavioral change approaches. We champion a community approach to wellbeing by bringing people and their passions together. Our digital platform is designed for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, knowledge sharing, and wellness resources. The platform offers modular and rich functionality along with capability to curate content that can be offered to communities as per their needs.

RoundGlass is building out a dynamic content team for our Meditation Collective – an online community that brings people and their passion of mindfulness and meditation together. This Collective is designed for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, knowledge sharing, and wellbeing resources.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop content vision and strategy in partnership with cross-functional product leaders by working backwards from the users’ needs
  • Function as the connective element between our product development teams and content teams to develop and drive an integrated multi-channel content strategy
  • Drive prioritization with development teams and communication with internal stakeholders including user testing with customers, and go to market strategy with Product Marketing
  • Use content metrics and other customer and support feedback to refine the customer content experience.
  • Leverage market data including sentiment analysis and user experience data to identify high value, high impact content theme/topic opportunities for a global audience to position RoundGlass at the forefront of product and content in the wellbeing industry
  • Measure and track content quality and performance on a range of metrics to ensure we’re building best in class content experiences

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management; preferably in the health, wellness, or wellbeing industries
  • Content domain expert who is deeply knowledgeable about the wellbeing content domain and is willing to push the boundaries to create engaging content
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with people at all levels and across multiple teams (including engineering, design, and product) to deliver great user experiences
  • Deep understanding of how to drive customer engagement, leveraging analytics and turning insights into content development refinements
  • Familiarity with start-up environment, SaaS/PaaS business models, or subscription business experience preferred
