The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to contribute to a high-growth marketing team. This is a cross-functional role that will align teams and drive success across the business. You will work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and partnerships teams to understand our buyers, establish messaging and positioning for key products, and create content that sets our growth team up for success. You’re a self starter who forms strong relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions, and delivers measurable results. This role will have a big impact on how our team assesses our market landscape and shares the Amino story.

What you will do

We are a quickly growing startup; you’ll wear numerous hats and take on an ownership role for many elements of our go-to-market strategy. Some examples of your work will include:

  • Initiating and disseminating research and competitive intelligence on changing market and audience dynamics.
  • Managing and refining buyer personas and positioning in collaboration with sales and product.
  • Working with the product team to make recommendations on sales tactics and product strategy to enable Amino to win in the market.
  • Supporting internal sales teams and external channel partners in growing their pipeline and effectively converting interest into new business with compelling product-related enablement content, training materials, and other marketing resources.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 2-5 years of B2B product marketing experience — enterprise marketing experience a plus.
  • Experience working closely with product teams to launch new products or features.
  • Experience working with sales teams to provide resources and training that enable frictionless selling.
  • Demonstrated history of excellent writing, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate in a variety of formats.
  • Experience creating middle-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel marketing collateral.
  • Experience wearing many hats, and proven success executing in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once; ability to manage projects across teams.
  • Ability to engage with customers, research market trends, and decipher key insights.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare/employer benefits/carrier space is preferred but not a must.
  • Demonstrated history of being a team player with a desire to jump in and execute.
  • Low ego and high intellectual curiosity!


Amino is financially sound and we offer a competitive base salary plus equity. This role is leveled between $115 – $140k base.
