The Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for maintaining all aspects of Fortna’s internal sales and marketing technology stack. This position will support all internal sales systems and database needs for Fortna’s US and International locations such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, Clari and web hit tracking software. It will include monitoring Salesforce.com usage, performing administrative tasks, training, setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and working with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and external consultants to productively integrate these tools into our business.
