The primary purpose of this position is to bring a new layer of scripted video content to products and services by leveraging, and building upon, a large body of existing feature-rich content. The successful candidate must be able to learn and understand the complete functionality, customer use cases, and benefits of our data products, and translate that information into video scripts that help educate customers in the most efficient way possible.

The successful candidate also brings familiarity with the video production process and/or visual design experience, working with video editing tools such as, Adobe Premier or any other equivalent.


  • Prepare written video scripts and screen recordings for key product-feature videos, explainer videos for self-service learning and development, and other types of customer communications.
  • Communicate with Product and Customer Success teams to grasp customer best practices using the platform, how features are used, and what customers should know.
  • Ensure all-around content consistency in terms of brand, style, quality, and tone of voice.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience copywriting at agencies, studios, in-house; previous content writing experience at a SaaS or other consumer technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to create clear and engaging customer messaging for video.
  • Familiarity with the video production process and/or visual design experience working with video editing tools such as, Adobe Premier, or any other equivalent.
  • Ability to generate a video script or outline, inputting graphics, sound, and other media to enhance video content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
  • A collaborative team player who can quickly adapt to changes based on business needs.
