About the Role:

With the increase of dentistry patients flying to Romania from Austria, Italy, France and Spain, we are broadening our market and looking for a Romanian Sales Development Representative who will connect with as many leads as possible and will decide whether the prospect customer is a good fit with our company. Thus, we would prefer it if he/she has international experience with patients, has excellent communication skills and knows how to approach patients.

For this role, we require someone who has medical or healthcare and sales background. He/She could be someone who has experienced working in a surgical, dentistry, hair transplant, weight loss, IVF clinic or general hospital. Experience in sales is a must as you will be in charge of following up with prospects through phone calls, emails or social media. Our marketing team is doing an awesome job at procuring and generating interesting leads for you, while your job will be to move the leads through the pipeline of sales.

This work is full-time, Monday to Friday, within business hours.

Sales Development Representative Goals:

  • Establish contact with leads and determine which communication channel is most appropriate.
  • Qualify leads through a research based method and thoroughly examine whether the lead should be passed along the sales pipeline.
  • Properly understand the information, details and proposition of the product or service you are offering.
  • Accurately relay information to prospect clients and answer their inquiries to encourage them with the deal.
  • Provide support to leads as they move through the sales cycle until a deal is closed.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop sales strategies to attract new potential customers.
  • Establish relationships with prospective customers and identify their needs and interests to motivate sales.
  • Accurately collect information on potential customers that qualify to be moved along the next level sales representative.
  • Arrange in-person or online meetings and connect clients to the appropriate salesperson.
  • Follow-up with customers who expressed interest but did not go through with the deal.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with existing customers and identifying their needs and taking note of their suggestions.
  • Work closely with and collaborate with other sales representatives and marketing executives to ensure that goals are met.

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Solid medical or healthcare background.
  • Customer centric.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral in Romanian and English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Strong work ethic and able to work with a team.
