About the Role:

The Inside Sales representative works closely with the Strategic Sales team. This role is responsible for driving new pipeline opportunities through prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, setting discovery meetings, entering sales data input into the CRM system, and account research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily
  • Drive pipeline growth through direct or indirect prospecting campaigns
  • Understand customer issues and requirements to pre-qualify leads
  • Communicate Seegrid value proposition and competitive differentiation clearly and concisely
  • Set discovery meeting for Inside/Strategic Sales team
  • Build relationships for business interaction with cross-functional Seegrid teams
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets

Requirements and Experience:

  • Strong cold calling skills with proven success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong objection handling
  • Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. Target Account Selling (TAS)
  • Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, pro-active and results oriented, accountability
  • Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Travel is minimal <5%
