Tombras, an independent, 400+ person, national full-service advertising agency is searching for a Sr. Social Media Brand Manager to join our creative, inclusive, and high-energy Organic Social team in Knoxville or Atlanta!

  • Training & Associate DevelopmentResponsibilities
  • Customer Service / Platform Engagement Strategy & Execution
  • Social Monitoring & QA
  • Measurement Mapping & Reporting
  • Comprehensive Performance Analysis

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a social media role, within an advertising agency is required.
  • Deep understanding of integrated social messaging, including advanced content strategies and reputation management.
  • Proven capacity to train and guide team members across all pertinent social disciplines.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-platform social media campaigns.
  • Moderate understanding of all major media disciplines including traditional channels, programmatic media, paid search and email.
  • Robust understanding of all major social disciplines including marketing science and strategy.
  • Capable of planning and directing integrated social media to drive client’s business goals.
  • Training & QA Experience
  • Prior experience participating in new business development, research, strategies, and presentations.

This position will be based remotely to start, but will ultimately be based in Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA.
