Sunrise System Inc. is currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist in Remote with one of our top client.

Duration: 12 months

Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)

Note – 35 Hours Per week

Job Summary/Basic Function

  • Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for all level roles and functions. Develop, implement and/or maintain employment and other talent acquisition and sourcing programs for assigned business unit (Smart Mobility).
  • Manages the full recruiting cycle from candidate identification and evaluation to offer negotiation and closing.
  • This individual will be dedicated to support the Smart Mobility team in Denver, will report into HR PNA Team following all established guidelines, SOP’s, SLA’s, metrics.

Basic Qualifications Scope

  • Individual contributor, no direct reports o Manages own time and equipment
  • Manages processes and assignments independently; recourse to supervision and precedents generally not available
  • Reports to PNA Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience

Computer Skills

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Applicant tracking systems (Ascendify a plus), and CRM platforms a plus o Knowledge of OFCCP regulations, EEO laws and regulations

Key Accountabilities:

20% Planning

  • Develop knowledge of the group to effectively target talent acquisition efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner and determines hiring goals and objectives.
  • Develop innovative, creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies to meet the business needs of the client group.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of talent acquisition plans and implementation.
  • Coordinate and participate in Interview DeBrief sessions with team
  • Coach managers on hiring trends and talent acquisition tools and serves as a trusted business advisor to clients by delivering a value added, consultative talent acquisition service.30% – Sourcing
  • Leverage various resources to source qualified candidates using CRM, ATS, job boards, social networks, associations, universities, formal/informal networks, hiring events, etc., to source a diverse candidate pool.
  • Partner with external search vendors
  • Ongoing research on new methods and tools for sourcing talent
  • Pipeline passive candidate pool through the CRM tool
  • Create campaigns to promote positions, events, updates via the CRM tool o Assist in compiling reports, make recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, track effectiveness of sourcing methods, etc.30% – Hiring and Processing
  • Support talent acquisition processes including candidate management, applicant tracking, requisition review, job postings, pre-employment processes, and reporting while managing various talent acquisition projects on a timely basis and within budget.
  • Follow through on all resumes and applications to ensure proper correspondence is sent to candidates.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on offer creation, negotiations, and approval. Monitor salary administration, in partnership with compensation, to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
  • Prepare offer letters for review and approval.
  • Manage new hire process from background check to first day to ensure an optimal new hire experience.

5% – Diversity Recruitment

Continuously research new diversity tools and make recommendations to both business unit and Human Resources Identify and recommend strategic partnerships with diversity associations, networks, conferences, and university groups.

5% – Compliance

Ensure compliance with ISM policies and corporate governance as it pertains to recruitment.

Expert knowledge of OFCCP regulations.
