Could you be Insurity’s next Design Operations Manager?

The UX team is looking for a Design Operations Manager who can provide strategic project management support and act as a communication hub for a new and growing UX Team. You will help identify and implement design processes with product development organizations and be a critical part of delivering on UX priorities and advocating for its awareness across the organization along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Help enable UX value and human-centered culture across the organization and support the vision and strategic growth plan for the business
  • Lead a UX advocacy program across the organization by seeing through its execution, engagement, adoption and measuring its success.
  • Manage integration of internal and external product management teams while building a UX process within the Agile framework including tracking progress and holding regular check-ins
  • Build relationship with product designers, product managers and engineers and consolidate findings and raise their concerns in effective manner
  • Partner with product managers and their team leaders to identify opportunities to improve the design process and iterate on them
  • Identify the UX Team’s needs with regards to processes, design and research tools, documentation, asset management in scaling the team
  • Support UX Team in prioritizing, enabling and troubleshooting projects and/or when issues arise.
  • Be the liaison with Business Operations organization for corporate app maintenance, alignment and/or issues.
  • Foster a caring, collaborative and mutually supportive work culture that believes in continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leadership in complex cross-functional teams and projects in B2B
  • Able to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with both internal and external audiences
  • Possess strong analytical skills, data-driven, and have a passion for human-centric problem solving
  • Well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to synthesize complex ecosystems’ activities into to-the-point useful insights
  • Self-starter, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as projects need.
  • Strong understanding of visual interface design and interaction design
