We are looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Manager to join our team. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone experienced in working with CRM software to apply their industry knowledge to maximize conversions and drive customer relations.

If you love data-driven decisions, sales processes and constantly think about improving them and enjoy working with several different teams to achieve the sales team’s goals, then this job is for you! You’ll be directly responsible for managing our CRM Hubspot, assisting the Head of Sales with scaling the sales team’s processes as it’s growing and making a direct impact on the company’s growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding of Hubspot as CRM, including all of its functionalities relevant for the Sales team.
  • Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle from the moment it enters Hubspot
  • Analyzing and creating workflows on Hubspot, ensuring that none of the workflows affects each other, such as lead flow assignments according to each market that we work in
  • Being an expert at creating reports and dashboards on Hubspot, ensuring that our current reports are optimized and up to date as the team scales
  • Coming up with ideas on how to improve our current Hubspot strategies and making sure we are making the most out of the platform
  • Collaborating well with the Marketing team and foreseeing how to implement their campaigns into Hubspot for the Sales team

Your Qualifications

  • You are proficient in Hubspot’s CRM software and have 1-2 years of experience as a CRM Manager
  • Being proactive with ideas on how to optimize our current Hubspot Strategy
  • Being analytical and highly technically skilled in using Hubspot
  • Being able to do excellent stakeholder management due to the different teams within the Sales department
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can work well under pressure
  • Adaptive, collaborative, professional and loves working in an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself, and your processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
