As a Business Process management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and leading process improvements, new business model enablement and process optimizations at scale. You will work with multiple cross functional teams across OTC lifecycle and customer experience teams on improving internal users experiences, operational efficiency, productivity improvements, working on the organization strategic goals.
