What you’ll achieve

As a Business Process management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and leading process improvements, new business model enablement and process optimizations at scale. You will work with multiple cross functional teams across OTC lifecycle and customer experience teams on improving internal users experiences, operational efficiency, productivity improvements, working on the organization strategic goals.

You will:

  • Formulates process framework, implements, and ensures conformance/compliance to the organization’s Quality Management System in alignment with corporate/industry standards
  • Strategizes, plans, facilitates, and conducts audits, analyses audit findings, suggests actions to improve quality of products and services, and tracks for closure
  • Plays a key role in the designing of the process strategy and ensures that all areas within the business unit perform to the defined standards Defines metrics strategy, consolidates various metrics parameters, analyses trends.
  • identifies/develops corrective/preventive actions plan to influence improved business performance, and customer satisfaction

Essential Requirements

  • Lead global standardization, optimization, and automation of key processes
  • Experience in Process engineering functions
  • Sets direction and leads deployment of processes and best practice implementations
  • Leads tactical and strategic programs and Process initiatives
  • Develops Business Cases, hypothesis, Process, Project justifications
  • Lead key process improvements at organization level
  • Defines metrics strategy, consolidates various metrics parameters, analyzes trends, identifies/develops corrective/preventive actions plan to influence improved business performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Formulates process framework, implements, and ensures conformance/compliance
