Customer Marketing (CM) team members play a direct role in driving incremental volume at our Priority Retailers through strategy, design, and execution of customer-centric, omnichannel marketing and event programs in partnership with our Brands, Sales Teams, and Retailers.
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Planner to lead account-specific omni customer shopper for Walmart Inc. Key responsibilities for this role include development of strategy planning for priority brands, omnichannel planning and execution with retailer media teams, development of campaign/creative briefs, management of budgets, and execution of ecommerce spending through agency partners. It requires interaction and visibility with the customer merchant and marketing teams, as well as internal Sales and OU teams, and agencies. A unique aspect of this role include leadership in leading omni strategy and Walmart Inc. Co-Branded scale campaign initiatives. The role provides exposure and learning in the areas of Commerce, Strategy, Planning, External Partner Management, and Matrix Relationship Management.
