We’re looking to add a key member to our outstanding sales leadership team. The Sales Development Manager will assume responsibility for growing our sales development organization for all of North America. Bolt is looking to add leaders with a proven track record of hiring, training, and coaching teams; as well as a proven ability to lead a team to overproduce against sales targets.

The Sales Development Manager position is crucial in cultivating the future sales people of Bolt. Having the patience and tenacity to work in a fast-paced environment will allow this leader to exponentially develop in their career.

What you’ll do:

  • Passionately lead, drive and deliver the Bolt vision and mission for the Sales Development business
  • Inspire and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to exceed plan and other sales objectives
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Drive prospecting and other activities to maximize engagement across target accounts
  • Develop and execute against segment and territory plans to maximize penetration
  • Accurately forecast your business short and long term
  • Assign and evolve territories to maximize growth
  • Ensure your sales team fully reports sales progress in SFDC and works effectively with operations, sales engineering, and other internal/external teams
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities: attend trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences

What you’ve done:

  • 1-2 years SDR management experience/total of 3-5 years overall sales experience
  • Ability to build and lead a sales organization, including quota-carrying and forecasting experience
  • Excellent cross-functional partnership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience devising sales strategy and contributing to enablement programs
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate ROI, data, and analytics concepts
  • An energetic self-starter who is proactive in holding yourself accountable

Nice to have:

  • E-Commerce experience in recent/current roles
  • Salesforce and Outreach experience
