We’re looking for talented marketers to bring their storytelling, content and campaign management skills to our newly-formed Employer Brand team at Kraken. Partnering with Recruiters and hiring teams, you’ll bring to life and communicate our story to drive interest and engagement in our company, teams and roles. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and scale your impact within a company in hyper-growth and an industry changing the world.
You’ll partner with recruiters, leadership, and team leads to design targeted paid and organic recruitment marketing campaigns that position Kraken as an employer of choice.
You’ll build tailored, industry-leading content that brings to life our Employer Value Proposition and helps candidates to know what they will gain from a career at Kraken.
You’ll equip recruiters and hiring teams with content and messages that support their interactions with candidates and help them pitch our offer.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Comms and Design to make sure all content, messaging and campaigns are authentic to the Kraken brand and positioning.
You’ll drive accountability within the teams you support to help our people be ambassadors of our brand in industry.
You’ll partner with marketing to grow the reach and engagement of Employer Brand content across our social channels.
You’ll set KPIs based on the goal of the campaign to measure impact and return on investment.
You’ll support the refresh of our Employer Brand and help make sure all our content and messaging is consistent across external channels.
You’ll conduct competitor and candidate market research to get to the root of the problem we’re trying to solve before coming up with solutions.
You’re a collaborator and can coordinate projects and campaigns with multiple stakeholders (for example, your lead, the hiring team, recruiters, design and external agencies).
You like to connect with people in a genuine way. Empathy, listening and feedback are the foundations of the way you work.
You’re comfortable speaking to and interviewing people across all levels of seniority to tell the Kraken story in an authentic way.
You’re able to gather and present social and campaign data and reports for a chosen audience. You have a growing ability to build a story and influence using data and understand that it plays an important part when setting campaign goals.
You have buckets of creativity, and you’re completely comfortable with content marketing – you know what good content looks like and reimagine how it’s produced to engage your target audience best.
You’re intrigued by the possibilities of Crypto and the potential impact of Kraken.
Previous experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar would be a bonus.
You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities as we scale at speed.

The newly-formed Employer Brand team exists to build Kraken’s reputation as the number one employer in Crypto to attract and retain the most skilled, diverse and mission-driven people in tech. Working across the full candidate journey, we’ll be helping Kraken to scale at speed. You’ll report to the Head of Employer Brand and play an important part in shaping what we build and how we bring the Kraken story to life.
