139 has partnered with a leading AmLaw 50 law firm in their search for an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney for a long-term contract role.ย  This remote, open-ended contract position will offer a Real Estate Finance Attorney the opportunity to work with high-net worth clients, such as both public and private real estate companies and REITs and to handle sophisticated transactions such as:

  • Acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
  • Restructuring
  • Distressed debt sales
  • Complex financings
  • Commercial real estate development

The qualified Real Estate Finance Attorney will have 3-6 years of relevant hands-on experience focusing on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.ย  While this work is remote in nature, all Attorneys MUST be barred, in good standing, in the State in which the work is to be performed.

This is a unique opportunity to obtain experience with an industry leader and work on sophisticated transactions while remaining on a remote basis.ย  Highly collegial team, strong hourly compensation offered.
