The Workday Payroll HRIS Analyst will work as part of the HRIS team and will be responsible for, performing analysis/testing/support, and developing new features in Workday with a focus on Payroll and cross-functional modules that have a touchpoint with payroll.
This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for the mentioned functional areas and assists the functional subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, requirements gathering, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. They will also support and manage the Workday semi-annual updates, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. This position will also provide support, and mentor other team members.
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 – 125,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
