Fountain is growing, and so is our recruiting team! We are seeking a full-cycle Business Recruiter with a passion for hiring the top talent both in EMEA and APAC. Within our existing People & Talent team, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a wide array of roles and support hiring for our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is a very impactful position and would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. We have a very open and collaborative culture that encourages creativity and thinking outside the box, and the ideal candidate would be someone who has a passion for building talented and diverse teams.

We are a remote-friendly company, and this role can be based anywhere in the UK!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full cycle recruitment for Sales and Customer Success roles in EMEA
  • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams
  •  Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle
  •  Continuously build a network of potential candidates and conduct in-depth interviews
  •  Collaborate with recruiting team to improve existing recruiting and retention processes
  •  Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  •  Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles
  •  Work on ad-hoc projects for improving existing recruiting processes and the candidate experience

What you should bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for specialized sales roles in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent
  • Experience coaching hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process
  • Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams
  • Strong experience with using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • A keen interest and experience in finding opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both friendly and professional
  • Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion
