Class Start Date: January or February 2022

Shift Requirements: Shift start time between 12:30pm-3:30pm EST. All shifts are Monday-Friday with weekends as assigned.

Starting Wage: Minimum of $16/hour with shift differential opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle both inbound and outbound telephone calls for acquisitions and verification.

How You’ll Do It

  • Review and satisfy services related to Patriot Act requirements.
  • Take telephone credit applications.
  • Review other applications in accordance with company policies and procedures—Students, Frozen Credit File, Adverse Action calls, etc.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in credit call center

Bonus Points If You Have

  • A quiet workspace
  • Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
  • Personal smartphone or a tablet
