## Description:

I’ve been simultaneously attending online university and working remotely for over a year now. In the process, I’ve accidentally become weirdly good at time blocking and have developed an almost supernatural ability to detect when my wifi is about to drop just before important calls. Anyone else pick up strange skills or abilities while juggling remote education and work?

I've got a system where I can transform any corner of my apartment into a 'professional work zone' in under 45 seconds - strategically placed blanket over laundry pile, quick desk rearrangement, and perfect lighting adjustment. My colleagues have no idea my 'office' was a disaster zone less than a minute before our call.

After months of scheduling back-to-back work meetings and class sessions, I've developed this internal clock that knows precisely how long it'll take to write that email (7 mins), prep for that meeting (13 mins), or finish that assignment (42 mins). My Google Calendar is a work of precision art now.

I've also mastered the art of taking notes in my university class with my left hand while completing work tasks with my right (using separate mice). Probably not healthy, but definitely a skill!

I can recall exactly what was typed in a meeting chat from weeks ago, who said it, and roughly when in the meeting it occurred. Completely useless skill outside of remote work but has saved me multiple times when someone claims 'that wasn't what we agreed to' and I can cite the exact message text.

I can now narrate essays at nearly 100wpm while cooking dinner. My partner thinks I'm having intense phone conversations but I'm actually just writing my thesis on medieval literature while making stir fry. Has the side effect that I now unconsciously say 'period' and 'new paragraph' in regular conversations lol.
