## Description:

I’ve been working remotely for about 8 months now, and I’m struggling to separate my work life from my personal life. My laptop is always open, and I find myself checking emails at 11 PM or during family dinners. Any strategies to create better work-life boundaries?

Copy answer link Report answerPhysical boundaries are crucial. I invested in a room divider and a separate work computer. When work hours end, I literally turn off the computer and close the divider. It's a ritual that signals to my brain: work time is over.

I set up a small desk in a corner of my bedroom and its been a game changer. When im done working, i literally close my laptop and 'leave the office'. Its not perfect but helps me mentaly disconnect lol 😅
