Copy answer link Report answerThe IKEA Markus is often recommended in that price range. It has a high back and decent lumbar support for the cost. Not as adjustable as pricier chairs, but a solid budget option. Try it in store if you can.

You can often find them from office liquidators for under or around $300, and they are built to last with amazing ergonomics.

Lots of adjustments (lumbar, armrests, seat depth) and often hovers around the $200-$250 mark. Check for sales!

Even the best chair won't help if the rest of your setup is off. A good lumbar support pillow can also augment a less expensive chair.

It's known for good adjustability and support, and you can sometimes find configurations under $300. Focus on models with adjustable lumbar support specifically.

You might find a high-quality ergonomic chair discounted into your price range. It takes some hunting but can be worth it.

You should totally check out chairs like the Hbada Ergonomic Office Chair or the Homall Gaming Chair. Both are comfy and won’t break the bank! 😁 Plus, they have great lumbar support! So, sit back and get ready to be pain-free, yay! 🎉 Hope that helps!

Proper arm support can really help with neck and shoulder pain, which often go along with back issues. And seat depth adjustment if you are taller or shorter than average.

It needs to fit well and support your feet so you don’t get sore. Similarly, an ergonomic chair should support your back where it naturally curves. One option to consider is the SIHOO Ergonomic Office Chair, which often stays under $300 and offers adjustable lumbar support plus a breathable mesh back to keep you cool during long work hours. A simple example: You can move the lumbar pad up or down until it snugly fits your lower back curve, helping reduce pain over time. Next step could be testing how adjustable the chair is in person or through videos before buying online.

Anonymous: Clear analogy and practical recommendation; mentioning price under $300 provides a useful benchmark for budget-conscious buyers seeking ergonomic support. Report
D. R.: Totally, keeping it under $300 makes it way easier for folks not to break the bank while still getting solid ergonomic support. Glad it helped! Report

Adjustable lumbar, headrest, armrests - and it stayed decent thru 8+ hour days. Also worth checking the Stapels Hyken if u run hot; not plush, but the support felt weirdly good for $180-ih. Could be different for u tho. What height are you
