Think about things like upcycling workshops or community clean-ups alongside gardening. That way you get the bonding plus environmental impact without accidentally excluding anyone who can’t dig in the dirt.

Everyone helped plant herbs and veggies in pots by our winodws. It was low-key but gave folks something to talk about beyond work emails. I guess it got people moving and thinking about where food actually comes from, which tied into some green initiatives we had going. Not everyone loved it, though—some were allergic or just not into getting their hands ditry. So maybe keep it optional or small-scale if u try this.
