Those few minutes petting her gave my brain a chance to chill out and reset. I guess it helped me come back with a little extra energy and sometmies sparked weird new ideas that din’t come when I was just sttaring at the screen. So yeah, maybe those moments aren’t distractions but tiny creativity boosters if u keep them short and sweet
