I’ve seen people stack 4 AI tools and end up with more dashboards than progress.

If you want this to actually help career growth:
- pick one tool that does gap analysis well
- make it spit out next steps, not just reports
- review it monthly, not daily
- keep the plan tied to a real role you want

The personalized learning path part is useful if it maps to actual projects or certs. Otherwise it turns into polished procrastination dressed up as productivity. Report
