Copy answer link Report answerOh, I totally used to blast one resume everywhere—ended up ghosted a lot. Once I started tweaking just a couple lines or skills for each job, got way more hits. Like seriously, matching keywords from the job post helped my apps pop in the ATS bots' eyes. Takes a bit longer but it’s kinda like showing you care; pays off big time!
