## Description:

In my industry, I see so many people with impressive technical skills, but I also have a strong background in arts and crafts that I believe could add creativity and value to my role. However, when I apply for jobs, it feels like these skills are completely ignored or seen as irrelevant by hiring managers. I worry that mentioning them might make me look unprofessional or distract from my main qualifications. How can I include arts and crafts experience without it seeming out of place or making me appear less serious compared to candidates who only highlight traditional skills? 🎨🤔
