Copy answer link Report answermy path would be admin 2 facilities by making the overlap obvious. Start tracking repairs, vendors, keys, access cards, and move requests. Build a clean hanodff list. Then ask for facility tasks formally. In corporate land, that became endless committees. In a smaller shop, it became trust fast - more autonomy, less nonsense, same desk chaos but with better scope
