## Description:

my brain goes completely empty the second 3 people start firing questions at me 😵‍💫 i know the answers until i’m in the room and then i sound like a robot, how do i get through panel interviews without freezing?

Copy answer link Report answerpanel interviews can mess with your head hard. don’t try to answer every person at once - pick one voice, pause, and buy 2 seconds. biggest mistake is panicking and talking faster, then your brain just yeets itself out the room

Slow the pace with a sip, repeat the question, then answer in one clean point - not a speech 😵‍💫🙂

In my old company, 5-person panels made smart people glitch hard. Best fix: practice 10 answers out loud with a timer, then use a 3-part pause - breathe, repeat the question, answer one point. If you blank, say “give me 5 seconds.” Risk to avoid: rambling to fill silence.
