We can keep one fixed time that is convenient for my region but falls late in the evening for colleagues in Asia, or rotate the meeting time each month so the inconvenience is shared. I prefer the fixed slot because it would make my schedule predictable, but I worry it will look selfish and make collaboration harder with teammates who repeatedly have to attend outside normal hours. The rotating option seems fairer, yet it would interfere with client calls and recurring responsibilities I have on certain weeks. Which approach is better for building trust on an international team: predictable scheduling or rotating the burden?
