About me

Customer focused, Friendly, and fluent in Italian with proven experience in providing technical support to dentists, hospitals, and resellers. I have previously assisted customers in resolving a vast range of hardware, network and software issues relating to Windows Server and Client PCs, patient management software, radiographic and 3D imaging devices.

I enjoy teamworking, have a passion for technology, I enjoy fault finding and I’m tireless, yet methodical when applying solutions.
