Regional Manager/Expert Adjunct Faculty

I am an MBA in marketing. Currently working as an Expert Program Instructor with UNIVO EDUCATION Pvt Ltd (a wholly owned division of AMITY UNIVERSITY, India.). Here I deliver online content to students across the globe via recorded videos that runs on their Learning Management System (LMS). Here, i deliver lectures on several Marketing subtopics, such as direct marketing, service marketing, CRM, Customer lifecycle, journey, loyalty, retention.

Detailed steps for content and video creation are as follows:

1.Gleaning, researching content material, infographics, preparing the PPT slides with MCQ’s & case examples
2.Elaborated verbal illustration of the above content, with actual case examples.

I have also been a visiting faculty in University and colleges in Oman GCC since 2016 and delivered lectures and seminars. In addition, participated in various discussions on topics related to Sales, marketing and management

Simultaneously, I continue pursuing industry assignment as well, which has been primarily automobile operations & marketing since more than 24 years (about 13 years in Oman, GCC).

I have a passion for knowledge sharing and teaching. Therefore, I try to amalgamate my industry experiences with the curriculum requirements to present the practical, on the job factual experiences.
Also pursue as Client Solution provider (Primarily After Sales operations CRM & Automotive sector)
