A diligent hard worker with an obsessive eye for detail, I am a self-motivated Manager of Projects, Operations & People, working remotely and flexibly to help organizations succeed by identifying and implementing the technology to best support workflows to ensure on time project completion, successful people management, and operational excellence.
I spent 5 months working directly with Ebow, one of the leading Digital Design Agencies in Ireland, on a project helping them transition from Deltek Traffic (an agency project management & time tracking tool) to a newer subscription-based model called Harvest.
Harvest is a more user friendly and intuitive tool providing more updated features which has been serving similar customers since 2006.
The project entailed learning all the features of Harvest that would best suit Ebow’s ever expanding team and client base. Once established, I created a training plan for the various function roles within Ebow’s organization and completed multiple test scenarios to demonstrate how Harvest would perform for them in terms of creating estimates, invoices, projects, adding clients and team members, as well as amending permissions to test the span of control each function has.

I spent 3 years working as a Project Manager providing proactive and client-centered support for higher education institutions seeking initial and renewal of accreditation with the Distance Education Accrediting Commission. I identified and implemented the technology necessary to project manage and organize clients’ myriad document submissions and streamline their communications with EduCred Services.
