My name is Olga, I am from Poland and I am an enthusiastic and motivated individua. English language has been dominating during my career. I used to work in the United States and in the United Kingdom. I am interested in customer care, translation and teaching English. As a customer care representative I am responsible for handling e-mail and phone communication from customers. My tasks include: answering questions about products, solving customers’ claims in the best way possible , ensuring that customers have positive experience and that thei r issues are resolved. My tasks also include co working among the team as well as communicating with other departments. The role requires ability to multitask, quick decision-making and assuring customers’ positive experience.
