About me

I have overseen multimedia content creation for corporate social media pages, websites, and email campaigns, and have an in-depth understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms. Through my work, I am also responsible for populating social media calendars and using scheduling software to sustain a regular and engaging online presence.

I have extensive copyediting experience in finance, law, and environmental planning, with a proven ability to create clear and concise content based on intricate and often esoteric subjects. I am also proficient in formatting and branding to suit the requirements of clients and consumers, and follow strict brand guidelines – including WCAG 2 accessibility standards.

In my current role, I regularly liaise with clients, stakeholders, public sector representatives, and members of the public. I am adept at maintaining friendly, productive B2B relationships using our company’s custom-built CRM, and helping to maximise ROI on multi-channel marketing initiatives.

I have developed and maintained several corporate and academic websites, with comprehensive knowledge of SEO and WordPress CMS. I regularly use Google Analytics to report key performance indicators to the Board of Directors, and inform future marketing campaigns accordingly.
