People Operations

Talent acquisition and people generalist with experience of working within the e-commerce industry and public sector. I’m an experienced recruiter in both agency and internal, whilst also a creative and efficient social media manager. My impact on HR comes from my empathy and people skills, with knowledge in how to drive culture and understand engagement in the workplace. With a genuine passion for people, happiness and well-being, I’ve been able to recognise that this is where my strengths are and have created a strong sense of culture for teams around me. I’m currently completing my CIPD Level 5 in People Management, so I’m looking to secure role within HR to employ my high level of organisation, communication and creativity.
