Business Development Representative

Hi my name is Temitope, I just finished my career break and I’m delighted to be joining the UN Women Delegate in 2023. I have been working as a Data Analyst at Zenergi for the last year, and I have loved it. I particularly appreciate the ability to connect with numbers hitting weekly and monthly targets. and work on sustainable and infrastructure projects across the energy sectors.

This has been a great introduction to the business world, and I am now excited to take the next step in my career. I am interested in working as a Business Development Representative as I have an open mindset, I am comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and I enjoy meeting new people, from colleagues to clients.

This is something I had the opportunity to experience when I worked as a Safeguard Officer at The Uniform Project. I am confident that I could bring valuable skills to the role, such as conducting marketing research, implementing initiatives to target new markets and developing strategies and business plans to generate growth.

I have already developed some of these skills through my work on side projects. For example, as a founder of a tech community I call and email companies to increase young people’s and youth’s access to digital skills, with the help of a team of four.

I am confident that I would bring the enthusiasm, intelligence and persuasive writing skills necessary to be a successful Business Development Representative, and I am excited at the prospect of the challenge.
