I have 3 years of work experience in a localization project management role. I was last employed with Lionbridge Technologies as a Project Manager, where my team offered content translation and localization services to Amazon. In this capacity, I have worked with linguists from different geographies, and possess proven experience in client communications, team management, localization project lifecycle management from initiation to final delivery, managing project finances, stakeholder management, training and onboarding new members, and an innate urge to simplify and streamline processes to maximize efficiency. Besides project management, I worked with an educational institute in a marketing role and several advertising firms in a client servicing/account management role for 6 years. The experience I gained by working across multiple industries has given me a good insight into the customer psyche, various kinds of businesses, their audience, and strategies to optimize businesses.
