I currently handle all administrative aspects of a busy specialty contractorβs office. This includes scheduling & dispatch, ordering equipment & materials, scheduling subcontractors, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, payroll, banking, customer service, notices to owner & mechanicβs liens, permitting, human resources, insurance issues (liability, workers compensation, automobile, health), job costing & production, plus all the other day to day activities that are involved in managing the office of a family owned construction company with 30 employees and annual revenues of approximately $3.5 million.
