Design and implementation of financial and administrative framework for development of SMEs and start-ups at the local level, identifying potential SMEs for utilization of financial incentives, defining and coordinating implementation of educational program/financial funds for beginner entrepreneurs (start-up), creating dissemination plan for financial incentives for SME’s, start-up’s and NGO’s, actively working with SME’s on identifying key economic development issues at local level, engaged in development of strategic documents at local and regional level, identification of local problems and needs and designing externally funded project proposals (projects funded by regional and state level institutions, European Union, USAID, SIDA, UNDP, Swiss development agency, German state development agency – GIZ, etc.), as member of organization committee annually involved in organization of local trade and entrepreneurship fair in my local community, various other administrative responsibilities.
