# Adding Legal Information and Selecting Ad Themes

FacebookTwitterLinkedInDepending on your industry and local advertising laws, you may be required to display specific legal disclosures within your ads. Additionally, categorizing your ad correctly helps our system understand your offer better.

## Selecting an Ad Theme

When creating or editing a campaign, you must select an Ad Theme from the dropdown menu.

* Available themes include Business, Finance, Marketing, Tech, Education, Career / HR, and more.
* Choosing the most accurate theme for your product or service ensures your ad aligns properly with the surrounding content and reaches the most relevant professional audience.

## Adding Legal Disclosures

If your business operates in a highly regulated sector (such as finance, real estate, or specific B2B services), you can easily attach legal text to your campaign.

* In the campaign creation or edit form, scroll down and click the “+ Add legal information” link.
* An input field will expand. Enter your required disclosure here.
* You can include up to 140 characters. Common examples include your formal Company Name, Registration ID, or a short mandatory disclaimer (e.g., “Terms and conditions apply”).
