This includes checking the company’s website (age, WHOIS, etc.), social media profiles, and online reviews to ensure that the company is legitimate and has a good reputation.

It’s a rigorous process, and it’s important for our users to know that, on average, 6 out of 10 vacancies submitted to us do not pass this initial verification and are not allowed to be published.

Listings that successfully pass our review are marked with a “Verified job posting” badge, indicating that the job post has been manually reviewed for authenticity and compliance.

Additionally, we require employers to provide detailed information about the job, including the job description, salary range (where applicable), and application process, to ensure that job seekers have a clear understanding of the position before applying.
